Visiting Shikoku on the week of Christmas

I’ll be visiting Shikoku in a little over a month, and I’ve just found out that areas like the UFO Line, Mt Tsurugi Chairlift and Ishizuchi Skyline will have their roads closed due to weather conditions during this time of year. Are there any other notable locations that will be closed? Will it be difficult to drive around Shikoku (especially if many roads are icy/closed)? Is it even worth it to visit Shikoku during this time? If you’ve visited before during this period, please share your thoughts and experiences! I will need to drastically change my itinerary if it does not make sense to visit Shikoku at this time. Thanks!
