12 Day Late November Itinerary Check – Feedback is appreciated!!

First of all, I just wanted to thank you guys for all the quality posts and comments. I’ve read a lot of useful information here over the past weeks to help me prepare for my upcoming trip with my friend in Japan. So, I’m asking for your help again with an itinerary check.

A little information about us: early 20’s M, big anime watchers, interested in food and nature as well.

Just one question before the itinerary: the Shinkansen allows two pieces of luggage, so if I understand correctly, I can put my carry-on and checked baggage on top of our seats and keep my backpack on me no problem?

Narita International Airport

Ikebukuro

* Pokemon Center Mega

Day 3

Akihabara

Day 4

Harajuku

* See some kawaii fashion

Shinjuku

* Tokyo Metropolitan Building

Roppongi

Day 5

Jiyugaoka

* Walk around, cafes & lunch

Chiba

* Sacra music festival

Day 6

Asakusa

* Skytree (around 4:30 sunset)

Leave for Kyoto and check-in

Arashiyama

* Nishiki market (morning for fresh food)

North of Kyoto
