I can read all of kana pretty fast but I have problems recalling how the kana looks. If I see it then I know the stroke order. So I just want to practice the writing while I am on the tram.
So are there any apps or maybe an Anki plugin that could achieve that?
All of the apps I tried tried to “teach” me the kana anew with “what is this” and choose from 4 different kanas which is only wasting time.

[Write It! Japanese](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jernung.writeit.jpn&pli=1) is a free one I’ve used. Their flashcard mode costs money, but you can pick parts of the syllabary and practice section by section for free.
Kana pro
Rather than searching for an app, maybe it would be better to just use pen and paper? It only takes a few minutes to write out all the kana. Could you do this in some other downtime (say at lunch time) rather than on the tram? Then you could maybe spend the tram time polishing listening skills.
I used paper, they are kinda fun to write.
