Condensation Vs Mould – what’s your solution?

I’m sure by now (mid November) most of us living in apartments are waking up to find our windows dripping with condensation. This of course leads to mould on the window frames.

Does anyone have any good solutions for this? other than the obvious mop up the moisture with towels every morning I mean.

Japan must have solved this problem considering how poorly insulated everyone’s houses are right?

Any tips would be appreciated!
