I can’t quite figure this out. Can I leave my car here for, say, 72 hours, paying 2,400 yen at the end? Or only for 24 hours? Or something else I’m missing?
You can and you’ll only be charged a maximum of 800yen every 24 hours. So if you park for exactly 72 hours it would amount to 2400yen. This is what 繰り返しあり means.
Some parking lots do not allow you leverage the discount price more than once so after the first 24 hours it becomes chargeable by the hour indefinitely, resulting in much higher fees if you park past the break even point (in this case 28 hours)
Edit: The above fact is correct but it looks like there is an industry standard of limiting the usage of these parking lots to 48 hours even if it’s not clearly stated. In most cases nothing happens and everything is fine as long you pay your fee in the end but there are cases where you’ll get a notice asking you to remove your car or call the parking lot operator. It looks like they can’t forcefully remove your car or charge you extra for being there past 48 hours though, so it’s just a best-effort thing
