Foreign owned business network in Japan.

Anyone know of a network or organization focused on foreign owned (small/medium) business in Japan?

  3. The American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ) actually has a fair number of small/medium and independently owned businesses as members. There are a few working groups and committees focused on smaller businesses.
