While these tours are selling fast in Asia there are news that they are not doing so well in the west so it’s very likely this scheme is going to get fast tracked
These limited tour group programs are silly. What’s the point? Why isn’t a third vaccination and a negative test upon entry enough, like what every other country does? I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a ploy to make some “friends” of politicians some money, just like those ridiculous Abenomasks.
