I was using my laptop today when all of a sudden I lost my connection to the internet. After checking the cables, rebooting the modem and routers still no luck. I did a reset on the router as well.
My computer gave me a pop up saying I needed to log in to the buffalo page. All info I used before is still the same, but when I tried to establish a new connection. It gave me the “router cannot connect to the pppoe server”.
If anyone has had this problem before and knows how to fix it. I would really appreciate your help.

Did your internet get disconnected? (for non-payment?)
Is your ONU working? Can you login to your provider’s mypage or similar service and confirm your account is in good standing?
What equipment do you have other than the buffalo airstation? ONU? VDSL modem? Are those working and correct lights on?
