Without going into detail… I really want to make a complaint against the nurse that visits my apartment to see my newborn children. The department is in Ojima but I’m not sure who to ask for to complain or the procedure. I also want to change her to someone else.
If anyone has any advice it’s greatly appreciated

How is your Japanese? I would start with a call to the number at the bottom [here](https://www.city.koto.lg.jp/261301/kodomo/ninshinshussan/shussan/6880.html). Or just go to your closest kumin center and ask at reception. There might be an office number of the department in a confirmation email or on her business card, if she gave you one. Expect to be referred along more than once.
If you do not feel comfortable with this person in your house, don’t let her in. If the services she provides cannot be described as critical, then eff her. It would just be better that you told her supervisor before the next scheduled visit.
