I decided to do some practice sentences to help get more familiar with Japanese and memorize some words and conjugations.
I would appreciate any corrections or feedback!

今日、私の友達はテストをしました。私の友達はわかるのそれで沸きませんでした。
学校が今日に早く切ました。
私は若干日本語を知ます。
私は高校生です。
今日は水曜日、16日、11月です。
私は食べるの好きです。

Relative time words (e.g. today, yesterday, next week, etc) do not take に and instead are used as is in the sentence. The dictionary of Japanese grammar has a good explanation which is that if you can write the expression with “numerals” in some way, it takes に.
切ます
The verbs 切る is part of a group of exceptions where a verb ending in “iru” is actually a godan or “u” verb, so the correct conjugation is 切ります. That said, this is a weird verb imo to use in this context. You’d usually use something like 終わる to express school ending. Even ignoring this, 切る is a transitive verb, so you’ve effectively said the equivalent of “the school made something else end earlier” which I don’t think was what you intended.
知ます
See above. Correct conjugation is 知ります.
今日は水曜日、16日、11月です
Generally, it’s customary to express dates as year, month, day, day of week. So something like 11月16日水曜日です.
食べるの好きです。
This is ungrammatical because の cannot connect verbs to nouns. You should use 食べるのは or 食べるのが
“私の友達はわかるのそれで沸きませんでした.”

In all seriousness though, making an effort to be understood like this even if it’s messy is good, but you may want to brush up on your grammar and particle usage a little more.
