I recently received an email from PayPal, seems official enough. Headers seem legit. But, I am brought to the PayPal website and am being told to upload a document with mynumber visible for “identity verification”. If I don’t upload the proof of ID with a MyNumber printed somewhere, my account will be blocked. (Supposedly)
I was under the belief that we never send MyNumber anywhere. Has anyone else had a similar email from PayPal?
