Corona PCR test and flight to Europe

I will fly to Europe next week from Narita. I got vaccinated 3 times ( with valid documents) and currently healthy.

Question is : Do I need to take PCR test negative to take the flight?
OR is there any documents needed ( regarding to corona) to take the flight?
or application to download and register?
( I will fly with LOT airlines)

-I will leave from Narita

-And I will return to Narita within a week

  1. Assuming you will go back to Japan, you will need to register your vaccine certificates in the Visit Japan web app and also bring copies on your trip. This is for when you go back to Japan.

  2. Japan doesn’t have any requirements for you to leave. They never have. Where you’re going will determine the requirements you need to meet.

    For returning the 3x certificate is good enough.
