I could not see/hear any mention of it – eye witness even says what he said via the megaphone sounded ordinarily
What I find curious is that it took about 2:30min for the nearby Koban staff to attempt to apprehend him (not finished apprehending). If this was more dangerous (like thinking gun not hand-fireworks), that would be a really long time.
