  1. If anyone’s curious, here is the [percentage of female candidates](https://www.huffingtonpost.jp/entry/story_jp_616fdcdce4b065735734d878) from each party during last year’s Lower House election (ordered lowest to highest):

    – Komeito: 7.5%
    – LDP: 9.8%
    – Ishin: 14.6%
    – CDP: 18.3%
    – Reiwa: 23.8%
    – DPP: 29.6%
    – NHK: 33.3%
    – JCP: 35.4%
    – SDP: 60.0%

The Lower House has [465 seats](https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%A1%86%E8%AD%B0%E9%99%A2), so the current number of female representatives, 46, amounts to a mere 9.9% of the total.

  2. Yeah, let be like Rwanda or Argentina and force people to elect women, no matter how low their votesare!Democracy will die só equality lives!
