  1. If you do Shibuya Sky, I think you can skip Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building.

You can’t catch a shinkasen to/from Nara because there is not shinkansen going, will be a local train.

Depending on hotel location in Kyoto, using the shinkansen to Osaka might not be the most efficient. The problem is that the shinkansen is from Kyoto station to Shin-Osaka station, so if your start point if not Kyoto station but Kawaramachi/Gion for example, you have to move to Kyoto station first. Then going to the attractions in Osaka, you will have to take one and sometimes two trains. So while it is still possible to to do, it will often require to get a more complicated route than not using the shinkansen. You might even want to consider taking some train not covered by JR if the route is much easier.

I would not take a cab to the airport, that is quite expensive, it would not be too difficult to just take the train. Just go store luggage in coin locker of a station you can easily pass by on your way to the airport, for example leave it at Shimbashi station. Can stop there to go to Tsukiji than take the Yurikamome to teamlab. On your way back, take the Yurikamome again, take bags then ride the Keikyu train to Haneda.

  2. You could probably skip Enoshima. The beaches there are ok at best. There’s an aquarium and a few local sights, but nothing that really stands out. There are some decent places to eat around there and a lot of Hawaiian themed stuff, if you’re just looking for somewhere to chill for a minute though.
