Help with applying for a spouse visa

I’m currently in japan on a temp visitor visa and i just got married to my japanese spouse a couple days ago. I tried calling immigration yesterday but couldnt get through, so i hope someone can help me:

I’m trying to get a spouse visa and i am looking at this page:

https://www.moj.go.jp/isa/applications/status/spouseorchildofjapanese01.html

I think it says i need a marriage registration from my own country? But we got married in japan and my home country doesn’t require foreign marriages to be registered locally, is that going to be an issue?

I am also a dual citizen (non japanese) and i’m pretty sure they included both citizenships on the koseki tohon (both are listed on the marriage certificate) so does that mean i can pick either nationality for the visa to be made? Sorry if that doesn’t make sense.

Also probably a dumb question, but does the application questionnaire have to be hand written? Is it okay to have just the explanation of relationship part typed out?

Thanks in advance

Edited to add: my temp visitor visa expires on the 4th of January. Would it be realistic for me to be able to get the COE and visa done before then?

This is a common issue that comes up a lot. I just provided my Japanese marriage certificate and a small note that said my country (Canada) doesn’t issue them for marriages abroad. It wasn’t an issue for me. I’ve seen other people recommend doing the same.
