How much bonus and how long did you work to get it as a preschool teacher.

1. Bonus once a year. Started receiving from the first year. First year’s bonus was 100,000 and went up 10,000 a year until hitting the max the school offers.

2. Bonus for completion of contract 100k. Performance based bonus up to 150k. Both these occur in March.
