Entrance exam of master degree for syakaijin, only Japanese available?

I am going to apply electrical engineering master degree next year as a syakaijin, my targets are all public universities near Tokyo. My questions are is it only Japanese available for paper and oral exam? And how difficult it will be? Any experience will be appreciated. If only Japanese available, I may consider some online degree than local one. Thanks
