Really confused about these 3 katakana characters

Can anybody please tell me the difference between these サ シャ シァ . These three are pronounced so similar that I’m really confused. Why is it written T シャツ and not T シァツ or Tサツ ??? I’m a total beginner

  1. They aren’t similar at all

    シャ = sha

    サ = sa with sharp s

    シァ is so rare if it even exists. Never seen it

  2. サ is pronounced sa and doesn’t have anything to do with the word Tシャツ

    シャ is pronounced sha and is the correct spelling for this word (shi + small version of the y kanas change the vowel – シャ(sha), ショ(sho), シュ(shu))

    シァ is pronounced shia and I don’t think it’s used for anything really, seeing as the ア being small doesn’t seem to serve any purpose.

    I’m not really an expert but I hope this helped.
