They aren’t similar at all
シャ = sha
サ = sa with sharp s
シァ is so rare if it even exists. Never seen it
サ is pronounced sa and doesn’t have anything to do with the word Tシャツ
シャ is pronounced sha and is the correct spelling for this word (shi + small version of the y kanas change the vowel – シャ(sha), ショ(sho), シュ(shu))
シァ is pronounced shia and I don’t think it’s used for anything really, seeing as the ア being small doesn’t seem to serve any purpose.
I’m not really an expert but I hope this helped.
