I’m in Australia and this food stall has closed down. My daughter absolutely adores them but I’m not sure what the proper name is for this kind of treat!
I would be so grateful if someone could tell me so I could try and find a recipe for my little one.

It looks like *taiyaki* but shaped like a panda.
I can’t say anything about the ones in that specific photo but it’s a kind of ningyo-yaki.
