Looking for podcast/ yt channels with conversations

Hi everyone. Can you recommend a few listening resources with the following features.

1. Conversational content – I am tired of listening to monologue videos and want to focus on conversations.
2. At least one male speaker. I have found a few channels with conversational content but they had all female speakers. I want to focus on the male style of speech.
3. General topics are preferred over niches like gaming or anime.
4. Level – intermediate or above and not intentionally slow-paced for learners. Would be great if it doesn’t resemble Japanse tv shows (at least the cringy ones I have seen on youtube).

Another description would be – channels/podcasts like もしもしゆうすけ, onomappu, tappei sensei, or casual Japanese – but with conversations.
