  1. I have pretty simple tastes when it comes to sushi, preferring sashimi and maki, nigiri, no sauce and old school. But I must say, fried garlic and/or shallots are really bomb with rolls and tataki. Noice

  2. That looks delicious. There’s a spot near where I used to live that wraps the tuna in basil and lights fries it. It comes with this wasabi aioli and it’s fucking delicious.
