I am foreign student who recently came here via student visa. And in one day the yellow mail which contained application for 50000yen support. I asked my teacher and she told me to just fill out the application and put it in mailbox. But after hearing from my friends it was clear that i should have included copy of the passbook and health insurance card. It’s been almost a week since i sent that mail. Is there any chance to cancel and bring back the application or reinclude the document?
