Yesterday you guys helped me with a “tare”, this is how it turned out.

  1. Sorry about the bad photo. This is a kronhjortskav overnight marinated in the tare and some fermented chili on a bed of japaneese rice. It turned out very tasty, the deer shines through although I think reindeer would be even better next time.

  2. It looks absolutely delicious. Protein and rice is so simple but done right is one of my favorite meals
