  1. Would been better to have some grated daikon but wasabi will do for now.

    Tastes like beef version of Ootoro(fatty tuna), melts in mouth and beefy flavor.

  2. I’m sure its delicious, but did you really eat it out of a saucepan by stabbing it with a knife whilst sitting at your computer desk?
