I’m taking N3 this year, based on the mock tests I’ve been doing (5 over the lasts weeks) my scores are:
Kanji and Vocabulary: 40-45
Grammar and Reading Comprehension: 30-35
Listening: 50-55
Average: 125-130
As you can see, there’s an obvious difference between my listening and my reading lol. While I do believe I’m going to pass the test, I’m not entirely happy with my 読解, I’d like to get at least 5-10 more points in this section in order to pass somewhat comfortably (140+) As a result, I’ve been focusing mostly on reading texts, reviewing grammar points, improving my reading speed and keep drilling mock tests.
Any last minute tips in order to improve reading? What about you guys? How are you planning to study for the last couple of weeks?

I’m taking the N2. Reading, grammar, and kanji will probably be near 30’s if not a little higher. I think my listening section will be under 19. I have tried to focus on it the last month but I just can’t get the hang of it yet. Who knows maybe it will click in the next week or so lol. I’m okay with not passing though since I am taking the N2 as a studying goal post rather than for a job and it’s my first time taking the JLPT.
