Japanese class is crazy

I have an oral test and I have to remember some things that I wasn’t even taught. It’s a skit that I and a buddy made, but it’s a few hours away from us recording the video and I still don’t have the most critical lines remembered. Those lines have things that I never learned, wow. I only remember like greetings and common questions etc. because that’s what I learned, but if my buddy messes up around those hard lines I’m basically failing, plus I have to talk \~ smoothly \~. No pausing, no studdering, no excuses. What a challenge that I’m not prepared for.

  1. Nice.

Maybe find some interesting anime and learn a couple of interesting lines?

For example, from a show called Teasing-master Takagi-san, I’ve picked up the following phrases that might be useful for your video:

    – kanben shite
    – betsu ni
    – nandemo nai

Unsure what textbook you are using for class and how far the class has gotten in the book, but it would help with creating some quick lines that might get you to passing.

Basically, these exercises are meant to reinforce grammars earned in class. If you’re able to remember the grammars, then the video exercise should be easy, and you’ll remember these grammars for the next twenty years at least.
