Those Kanji are:
雨: Rain,
雲: Cloud,
雪: Snow,
電: Electricity,
震: Quake,
曇: Cloudy,
霧: Fog,
雷: Thunder,
霜: Frost, and
霧: Atmosphere
There is also 霊 meaning spirit or soul, which depending on what you believe could also be considered as nature related.
The rest of the Kanji are 零、露、霊、漏、and 儒 which unfortunately are unrelated to nature.

I would say 漏 has the water radical and 儒 the hito radical. 露 meaning i.a. dew is well weather related.
