  1. In general it looks doable though you’d want to temper expectations on how many activities you’ll be able to do in a single day.

Tokyo to Osaka will take around 3 hours, so you will have only the afternoon and evening to visit all three sites. Plus you’ll be dealing with travel fatigue from the flight and train ride. Be prepared to drop one or two / move to another day.

Why not move USJ and Hiroshima to these days, then transfer to Kyoto on the 10th, stay there 3 days and visit all Kyoto sites then?

You might also consider staying the whole time either in Osaka or Kyoto since the trip is less than an hour each way.

At any rate, your Hiroshima day will be very long and I would caution against checking into a new hotel at the end of it.

Did you mean Lake Kawaguchi? You could consider proceeding to Tokyo from here instead of going back to Hakone.

Best tip I got from this sub is to mark the locations you want to go into a Google Map so that you visit adjacent areas in one day, and not backtrack on different days. For example, try to visit Asakusa, Akihabara (and maybe Ueno) on one day, Shibuya with Harajuku, Nakano Broadway coming back from Ghibli Museum, etc. otherwise you will waste time traveling across the city and navigating the train stations.

Also, hopefully by April, Ghibli tickets can be available to foreign buyers; otherwise, someone recently had gotten them through their hotel concierge so you may want to look into that.
