Trial run of Thanksgiving sushi!


I hope some of you have ideas on different rolls I could make! Here are my thoughts: smoked salmon/avocado/cucumber, sweet potato/avocado, asparagus/smoked salmon/cucumber, California, and veggie rolls (asparagus/carrot/avocado). Homemade eel sauce, spicy mayo, and crunchies are easy and that’s definitely in.

I’m making this because I’ll be damned if I could think of anything else the three vegans who are going to be there might like.
