Online visa renewal system

I’m trying to register to renew my visa online and my god it’s a pain in the butt. I finally registered on the site and it said it would send me a confirmation email to make a password. It’s been half a day and no email. I checked it’s the right email address, i even clicked the “lost my password” link so it might send me a second email. Checked spam, junk, everything. Does it usually take forever to send the confirmation email? And of course today is a holiday so I can’t call them. :/
