I’m living in Japan under a student visa. I plan to return home for a little while during a school break. My school says I must fill out an embarkation card before I leave. I can’t find any info on where I can get them at Haneda airport. Does anyone know where the place is in the airport that I can get one?

It’s just in front of immigration counter. You can’t really miss it. It’s normally called “special re-entry permit” so you might have more information if you use that term.
They are available right before passport control, which is after security.
There are column where you can see a display with cards and pens.
So, you go through security and then head to passport control and inbetween are those columns with the forms.
