Contacting Amazon.co.jp support

Has anyone found a way to contact Amazon.co.jp customer support? I’ve checked their website in English and Japanese and cannot for the life of me find out how to get in touch with them.

I even called Amazon US and they gave me a defunct phone number and a URL that redirects to the help page.

    Go to the bottom of the page, under “Let us Help you”, click Amazon Assistant.

    Then navigate to what you need help with. If you need to contact them, you can eventually click “I need more help” to get to the chat/phone/email page. There’s no number, but you can request them to call you.

  2. They hid it well that’s why! Go to the support page ([https://www.amazon.co.jp/hz/contact-us/foresight/hubgateway](https://www.amazon.co.jp/hz/contact-us/foresight/hubgateway)) select the order, select the problem, and then select “I need more help”. You can then chat with an advisor, send an email or request a call. If your problem isn’t about an order, you can still do this.
