I am closer to the Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, etc region of Japan. So for context, many years ago back in the states I got a permanent bottom retainer in the front of my mouth. Well yesterday I was biting something with the front of my teeth and heard a sound. I do not believe I cracked a tooth or anything because my teeth are not in pain and I have no sensitivites to hot or cold. Also I saw nothing when I checked in the mirror right after it happened. My only guess for this pressure or weird feeling must be I broke or loosen my permanent retainer. So long story short, I would like to see an orthodontist who speaks English and would thoroughly check my mouth.
Any recommendations on places would be nice. Thank you.
