I have added Rakuten credit card to my Gpay, but it is asking for verification with only one option – Call your bank and showing a phone number. It is a bot and completely in Japanese. Any idea on how I can verify? I’ve tried contacting their customer support but it’s of no help. I am able to add other cards in the past, they haven’t asked for any verification.
