Contract job renewal in Japan

Have you ever get contract job and finish contract without getting renewal from the company? How hard is it to find next job? How can you proof that you are working at current company after you left as I heard company will ask your salary information, statement of earning and resignation date etc

  1. If the company isn’t black as coal, they should be able to provide a 退職証明書 which serves as proof of working.

    A company asking for proof of your income before giving an official offer is a very predatory practice, and I would avoid any company that does that, but a gensenchyosyuhyo would serve as proof of income.
