Have you ever work in company then quit and find job again? Or not pass probation period? What website do you use for searching job other than Linkedin? Do you use agent too? Can I do part time job while in working visa?
No, never do this. No. The websites of the companies I want to work for. Not if I can help it, they’re awful in my field Probably, dunno.
>Have you ever work in company then quit and find job again?
Do you mean get the job and immediately quit? Not sure why you would do this by choice. Of course if you have to because of reasons, it’s possible.
If you mean switching jobs after a while, then yeah, it’s common.
>Or not pass probation period?
It’s not very common.
>What website do you use for searching job other than Linkedin?
Usually the company website directly. General website would depend on the type of job.
>Do you use agent too?
Never done.
>Can I do part time job while in working visa?
Usually. But it depends on the company policies, and you need to make sure you’re allowed to work the job under your residence status (or get permission).
Job hunting & career advice depends on what you do.Generally it’s better to have another job before quitting. Use every way possible to find a new job, tell associates, use LinkedIn, contact recruiting companies, & contact companies directly.
You may be able to do a part time job if it’s under your status of work but you’ll usually need a company that you work at full time to renew your visa. Don’t get stuck especially with a company that states they “may” make you full time in the future.
I found my current job through CareerCross. For a work visa, you need to make a minimum amount of money to keep the visa status. I’ve heard of some people having one main job part time that sponsors the visa, and then a second part time job to make up the difference. Not sure how common it is.

~~As opposed to what, what is the other way of changing jobs?~~
Edit: ok, you mean quitting before finding your next job? I have, but of course I had savings.
> Or not pass probation period?
The first 2 weeks it’s easy for a company to get rid of an undesired employee. After that and for the rest of the probation period, it’s more difficult but not impossible, they have to demonstrate that the employee is not doing the job properly or even better, convince the employee to leave by his own accord, maybe with some compensation. After the probation period is over, it’s even more difficult.
> What website do you use for searching job other than Linkedin? > Do you use agent too?
I prefer to apply to the companies I’m interested in directly, I don’t really like agents, in my opinion they’re useless.
