I’m looking for a bar that is open late (at least a few hours passed midnight) in Shinjuku. Preferably something rooftop or with a view and can accommodate \~15 people.

I don’t remember the name but there is a rooftop bar/eating place at the top of the same building where the warp is.
Far from fancy but it’s a rooftop and has a lot of room, if still open nowadays.
Is shibuya acceptable? Ce la vi in shibuya can have 15 people but you should call them first.
