To summarize a long story, I never actually received my pin for my cash card because I was never home for the bank to deliver it to me. Im now in a situation where I need it in order to give my Apartment the Japanese cash card, as they only accept American payment methods in person and I’m visiting family during dec. The post office has already sent the pin back to JP post so I need to send a letter back to the bank to request it again. My Kanji is spotty on a good day however and I can’t seem to find a form to fill out to send them.

Just go to any post office branch? Why do you need to send them a letter. Bring your hanko and bank book, and they should be able to set a pin for you right there.
