There is no そなた. そちら is “*that* (one)” / “that person” (distant from the speaker)
Just look up each on jisho; it’s pretty self explanatory.
そなた is like, in JRPGs I think
こなた and そなた are not really used from what i can tell, they sound archaic, あなた as well (that particular anata, there’s two: 貴方=あなた and 彼方=あなた are not the same thing)
