This looks nice and I’m sure was enjoyable, but I’m beginning to have the same objection as others have made about this type of meal being referred to as “omakase”. True omakase involves the chef delivering one thing at a time and interacting with you regarding what you like/how you liked each thing. This is a specials platter that may be a surprise, but is what everybody gets that night.

This is not omakase. Looks good though.
