Hello! I’m trying to make a list of phrases to say as a waitress in Japanese. I have filled in some but not all of them, if there are any that I got wrong or if you can help me fill in the missing ones, I would be very grateful!
1) This is today’s recommended menu – 今日のおすすめです
2) Here is the drink menu – ドリンクメニューです
3) What drink would you like? – お飲み物は?
4) Let me show you to your table – お席までご案内致します
5) Let me know when you are ready – 準備が出来ましたら呼んで下さい
6) Are you ready to order? – ご注文はお決まりでしょうか?
7) May I change your plate? –
8) Here is your \_\_ – こちらがご注文された\_\_です
9) Would you like more tea? – お茶のおかわりはいかがですか?
10) Excuse me, (when serving a plate) –
11) All your dishes have arrived –
12) May I take your plate? –
13) May I get anything else for you? – 以上でよろしいでしょうか?

Just as useful are common phrases customers might use, like おかわり or 終わ磯.

Also they will likely say 本日 instead of 今日 when referring to menu items.
I always said お待たせいたしました when bringing food to tables. I’ve heard it a lot too, think it’s relatively standard. I’ve also heard the less formal お待てせしました used by waiters/waitresses.
