Depends on your skill set and visa status .
By permanent you mean seishain right ,It is obtainable but be careful whit the overtime since it’s almost guaranteed .For the temporary arubaito or haken ,the salary is lower and you get bossed more often and of course no bonus .
Contract or temporary positions can be an easy way in but you have no guarantee that you will stay long term. It is fixed term employment, often with a chance of extension but with no guarantee. You are only protected for the employment period stated in your contract.
The salary depends on a lot of factors and it’s hard to say if it’s always the same.
Most people think permanent positions are the holy grail and the only legitimate option. I know people who have changed or lost their permanent jobs relatively frequently and I know people who work on contract or temporary basis who are pretty stable with 3-5 years at the same company.
As always, it depends.
