1st Japan trip – 14 day itinerary check

Hello all! 1st trip to Japan with SO at the end of March 2023. We’re still working on our itinerary but wanted to check if it seems doable so far. Also, are we spending too many days in Tokyo? Are there sites/places that we should definitely add or remove from our plans? Any feedback is much appreciated please! Thanks so much!
