Hello everyone,
I am looking to start a list of the native names for Japanese plants that are used to obtain dyes, specially dyes that are used to dye yarns or clothing. A simple, short list of “traditional” plants will do.

The most obvious one would be Ai (アイ), used for indigo dying.
