Which Wifi provider to go with?

Hi! Just started living in Japan not too long ago, thinking of finally dealing with Wifi (current using data as hotspot). Japan has multiple wifi providers and plans, and I’m currently lost on which I should go with. I currently stay in an Apartment in Ayase. Was wondering if there are any recommendations?

I was also thinking of just going with Mobal pocket wifi, and was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on that. The rest of the providers take pretty long to set up and charge about 20,000 for installation and I am always hearing mixed reviews. It would also be nice to have my wifi with me everywhere I go I guess. I heard good things about Nuro but unfortunately it seems it doesnt work for my place after checking my postal code in their website.

Edit: Just in case this is essential, I do quite a bit of gaming but im okay with 30ish ping if that makes a difference
