Itinerary Check – Solo Dec 2022/Jan 2023 trip

#Intro
This will be my second time going to Japan. The first trip was in May 2019 and I went with 3 friends.

I will going back in December 2022 and January 2023 but solo this time to explore the other parts of the other island.

I like museums, sightseeing and trying new foods. I am not really big on alcohol or bars.

Any feedback on what my current would be greatly appreciated.

#Questions, feedback and recommendations
– Carrying my luggage when I’m moving between cities – I’ll have a full size checked luggage and a backpack, is there room on the JR trains/shinkansen for this?
– With my limited time in Hokkaido, should I just stick between Sapporo/Otaru? I probably won’t be doing winter sports like skiing. If not, where else should I go?
– Any other area recommendations when I am travelling from Tokyo to Fukoka
– Any other food/attraction recommendations
