Best Japanese school for intermediate with gaps

I’m wondering if anyone would be able to comment on a school and approach to bring my Japanese to a more advanced level.

The way I learned over many years has been a combo of picking up the language from living here, bursts of self-study, and some formal lessons stretched over many years. It’s a bit all over the place. I know business/finance words you wouldn’t expect an intermediate to know, but I read like a first grader. I pretty much always get the gist of a conversation, but miss details. I can’t write well and while I typically understand keigo I can’t use it. OTOH, I can do a product demo, I have no real problem having general conversations, or doing daily things like PTA, etc.

Should I do a JPLT study course (thinking N3) ? Or should I do private lessons to fill in specific gaps?

Any opinions on online? Was thinking maybe Coto Academy but open to suggestions. Tokyo resident.
