I’m 27 y.o 5’6” I’m moving to Japan to work soon and was curious as to how the dating scene is for guys my height. Also for reference, I hit the gym and my arms are significantly bigger (muscles) than most guys, 15.7 inches. My Japanese is okay I’m hoping to improve.
Any advice for shorter guys trying to hook up and date? I do well here in the states I just don’t want the same expectations headed somewhere new.

It’s fine. I’m 5’2″, just be confident.
