  3. Are you trying to sell your house?

    Generally people like to know the size of the house, the size of the land, what rights are being sold re: the land, what amenities (if any) the house has, etc….

    (Often such a low price means that the house is one which can’t be rebuilt and/or leashold rights, etc…)
